Energy Absorbing Bumpers

Energy-absorbing bumpers are also known as self-restoring bumpers. They are able to survive minor bumps up to a speed of 4 km/h unscathed. The plastic material from which the bumpers are made is constructed in such a way that localised dents caused, for example, by a bollard or a flower tub are able to restore themselves and do not result in expensive repairs. Protective mouldings clipped on to the bumper protect it against scratching. The mouldings are designed for simple, low-cost replacement, further reducing maintenance costs.
