This means that the first inspection service for Volkswagen petrol-engine vehicles is due after a maximum of two years or 30,000 km – and after 50,000 km for a four-cylinder TDI®. New and improved engines in combination with specially developed oils (long-life oils) make longer service and maintenance intervals possible for Volkswagen models.
